Shipping Policy

livertreats.net is a website run by Sniff & Shift LLC ("Sniff and Shift", "we", "us" or "our"). Orders started here are placed and paid for through Sniff and Shift's Shopify checkout at sniffandshift.com, and they are shipped by Sniff and Shift. The official Sniff and Shift Shipping Policy governs every order. This page restates its terms for the products on this Site. If anything here differs from the store policy, the store policy controls.

By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping Policy. Sniff and Shift may change it at any time without prior notice, and changes take effect when posted on sniffandshift.com.

1. Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Orders with an address outside the United States are canceled and refunded in full.

2. Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more

Every order of $50.00 or more of Sniff and Shift products ships free with our Standard method. Standard orders leave our Malvern, Pennsylvania kitchen within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and arrive 3 to 7 business days later by UPS or USPS, whichever we choose for your address. All of the treats on livertreats.net are Sniff and Shift products and count toward the $50. (On sniffandshift.com, partner brand items sold through Shopify Collective do not count toward the $50.)

3. Orders under $50, and faster options

Below $50.00 you choose a carrier rate at checkout. We show live USPS rates (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express and Media Mail where it applies) and live UPS rates (Ground, Ground Saver, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. The faster UPS and USPS options stay available on orders of $50 or more if you want them, at the carrier's price. Orders placed below $50 are also packed within 1 to 3 business days.

4. Free local delivery to 36 ZIP codes

If your address is in one of the 36 ZIP codes within about 10 miles of our Malvern, Pennsylvania kitchen, orders of $20.00 or more can choose Local Delivery at checkout at no charge. We aim for same day and deliver within 3 days. 5. Additional shipping fees

We may contact you before shipping if an order needs special handling, oversized packaging or carries a carrier surcharge we did not expect. You can approve the fee or cancel for a full refund.

6. Order cancellations and changes

Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests after that may not be accommodated. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the Refund Policy instead. See also the Cancellation Policy.

7. Lost, stolen or delayed shipments

Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, Sniff and Shift is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Sniff and Shift is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery.

8. Returns and return shipping costs

Returns are governed by the Refund Policy, which sets out which items can be returned and how refunds are processed. Pet treats, including every product on this Site, are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong. Refunds for returned items are processed less any shipping charges incurred, including any additional fees tied to the original shipment where they apply. Unless the Refund Policy or the law says otherwise (for example, where a return results from our error), you pay return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, because we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or not delivered.

9. International shipping

Sniff and Shift does not offer international shipping. Orders with international shipping addresses are canceled and refunded in full.
